Dlimit is the online brand of Dlimit Tactic S.L. (Mataró). The belts are printed at our Barcelona factory, which has been building belt barrier systems since 1997. We work for international chains in electronics, automotive, fashion and drinks, and for museums, airports and shops across Europe.
Accessibility No obstacles on the floor.
The universal base is only 1 cm high. Wheelchairs, pushchairs and suitcases roll over it easily, and the trip risk is lower, including for visually impaired people.

A base just 1 cm high
Developed and tested with people with reduced mobility. Its low profile reduces the trip risk and can help you meet accessibility duties, such as making reasonable adjustments in public spaces.

The print Sublimated on both sides.
The ink turns into gas and is absorbed into the polyester fibre, on both sides of the belt. With no film on top, the print copes well with daily retraction.

FAQ Questions.
What is the minimum order?
Six posts, packed two to a box of 18 kg. There are no set-up or design costs, and the unit price is the same as on a large order.
When and how do I pay?
You pay nothing when you send the order. We send you the digital proof of your belt and a proforma invoice; once you approve both, you pay by bank transfer and we start production. From then it is about 10 working days.
What file do I need?
Ideally a vector file (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS). A high-resolution PNG or JPG also works. We check it and send you a free digital proof.
Is the print on both sides?
Yes. We sublimate both sides at no extra cost, even with a different design on each side. Let us know in your order and we will confirm it in the proof.
How long does delivery take?
About 10 working days from proof approval: 3–5 days of production plus transport.
How much is shipping?
It is calculated automatically in the order summary from the country, postcode and weight. On orders over CHF 1'000 (excl. VAT) shipping is 50% off, and from CHF 2'000 it is free. For countries without a published rate, we confirm the cost by email.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices exclude VAT. Businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure. For deliveries in Germany, 19% VAT is added.
Can I order more belts later?
Yes. We keep your design so reorders are quick.
What is the post made of?
The tube is powder-coated steel. The standard base is black ABS with a steel ballast, and a steel base in colour is available as an option. The belt reel and the bottom tube stop are PP, and the base pads are rubber. The steel can be recycled at the end of its life.
