What data we process

The data you provide in the order form: company, VAT number, contact person, email, phone, delivery address, notes and the files you upload (logo and designs). If you use the belt configurator and send us your design for us to review, we also process the name, company, email and phone number you provide there, together with the layout and the vector file you attach. When you visit the website, our technical providers also process connection data, such as your IP address, in order to serve and protect the page.

What we use it for

To manage your order: preparing the digital proof, issuing the proforma invoice and the invoice, manufacturing, shipping and assisting you. We keep your designs so that you can repeat your order. We do not take automated decisions about you and we do not send you advertising without your consent.

Legal basis

Performance of the contract or of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in maintaining professional contact with the customer company and in protecting the website against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, read with the German Federal Data Protection Act, BDSG).

How long we keep it

For as long as the business relationship lasts and, thereafter, for the retention periods required by Spanish law (generally ten years for commercial and tax records: § 257 HGB and § 147 AO). Design files are kept for as long as they are useful for repeat orders; you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Who else has access to the data

Our processors: Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the website, stores the orders in a database located in the European Union, stores the files you upload in its distributed storage network, which may replicate them on servers outside the European Union, sends order notifications and protects the form against spam (Turnstile); and Google Ireland Ltd., which provides our email service. Any transfers to the United States are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by standard contractual clauses. We also share delivery details with the carrier. We do not disclose data to any other third parties unless required by law.

How we measure use of the website

We count on our own server how many times each step of the order is completed, together with the language, the country selected and, if you arrive from a campaign or from another website, its name. These are aggregate counts: we do not use cookies, we do not store your IP address or any other identifier, we do not store anything on your device and we cannot link those counts to you.
